I go to clean my car at this car wash almost every week and each time I am treated with great service! I can remember a time a employee named Brian helped me out and I am very grateful to him and to each and every one of the workers who have helped not just me but many of the people who choose this spot to keep their cars clean! Thank you!

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. I was originally on their monthly unlimited wash plan for $16 a month. They increased the rate to $28 and I was unaware. When I went back mid-June to wash my car, I didnt use it often, they said that the renewal was halted due to the changes. I agreed, releluctantly, to go to the new $28 rate. However, nothing was said about it only paying my outstanding renewal and that I would be charged AGAIN $28 in 2 weeks. They refuse to refund or handle. I have cancelled my agreement with them. AVOID THESE THIEVES

Huge shoutout to Sammi! she was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind from start to finish. she made sure I understood everything, took the time to help me, and made my experience at the car wash smooth and enjoyable. Excellent customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Thank you for going the extra mile!

i went here recently to get my car washed but when i went to pay for my wash which was $12, the machine wasn’t working, i tried it again and it still wasn’t working( i paid with a debit card). then a worker came over and helped me, he scanned a piece of paper and i was supposed to be charged for the $12 wash. so, fast forward, i washed my car but when i got home, i saw i was charged $30 for a $12 wash. i then contacted the Take 5 Car Wash Care Team, and they were helpful at first but then they said they couldn’t give me the $18 refund because i had already had the service done. if i knew i was charged that amount of money then and there, i would’ve never gotten my car washed but i didn’t unfortunately. my thing is, would if i needed that extra money for something important but i get charged more than what the wash was. don’t take extra money from people and then don’t refund them because they didn’t catch it at that moment in time. i will take this loss now but i would never come back here again.
